ViewAn iconic, rare early edition modular sofa designed by Hans Olsen in 1957 and manufactured by Bramin in Denmark around 1960. This piece interprets classic Japanese furniture design within a modernist Danish framework. It features a low, solid teakwood frame with steel supports that can hold three independently arranged low chairs. The seats have solid teak frames, hand-woven cane backrests (partially restored with authentic braiding), and come with an original set of 10 cushion pads (6 goldenrod orange, 4 olive green) in woolen covers. The set also includes a large square modernist tray made of glazed ceramic with an abstract graphic motif, which can be inserted between seats or mounted on a wall.
