It includes a tank seat, LP hose and regulator, vinyl storage cover, and natural gas conversion kit. Weather-, UV-, and rust-resistant with a CSA certification and a 1-year limited warranty. Requires a 20 lb propane tank (not included). Burn time approx. 6.5 hours on high and 20 hours on low for a 20 lb LP tank. Compatible with Real Flame T0025 propane tank cover and can be converted to natural gas by a certified technician.
