A versatile and iconic Danish storage system designed in 1948 and reintroduced in 2010, the Royal System® by Poul Cadovius features a modular design that moves furniture off the floor and onto the walls, bringing more space and light into a room. This particular "Workspace" version includes wooden rails, wooden shelves with slender metal brackets, and a choice between a deeper Desk Shelf (1-Bay version) or a Desk Cabinet (2-Bay version). The Desk Cabinet is designed for organization with 6 slide-out drawers and 4 slot dividers, and its hinged drop-down front doubles as a writing desk. The system is available in oak or walnut finishes and can be customized with additional bays. Assembly and wall attachment are not included in standard delivery.
