A set of four vintage mid-century modern dining chairs manufactured by Ton in Czechoslovakia around 1965. These chairs embody the Czech Brussel style, harmoniously blending it with Scandinavian design influences, characterized by clean lines and organic shapes. They are constructed from solid beechwood with a warm honey-brown finish, featuring subtly tapered cylindrical legs and elegant curved plywood backrests supported by angled rear frames. Each chair is upholstered in the original burgundy-red textured fabric. These chairs are noted for their refined post-war Central European design, balancing subtlety, practicality, and durability. They are sold as a set of four and are described as being in good vintage condition with an authentic patina.
