Antique Thebes stool attributed to Liberty & Co., dating to the early 1920s, in a ebony satin finish with vented slatted seat. Likely designed by William Birch for Liberty & Co., England. Solid wood stool with four legs, upholstered seat not included. Dimensions approximately 16 W x 16 D x 14.5 H inches; seat height 14.5 inches. Ebony finish, Egyptian Revival influence, Anglo-Indian style. Unisex, adult-aged piece; original condition with minor wear consistent with age.
