ViewAn octagonal coffee table designed by the renowned architect Hans Hollein for Poltronova around 1981. This vintage piece features a striking octagonal base constructed from richly textured briarwood (root veneer) and a round top that originally incorporated a layer of black velvet beneath a glass surface (the glass top is currently missing). It exhibits good vintage condition with expected signs of wear on the legs and minor scratches on the briarwood. This table is attributed to Hollein and is well-documented in design history, though it lacks official authentication marks.
