This heavy-duty work table from Sapphire Manufacturing (model SMT-36120S) is designed for demanding commercial or industrial environments. It features a spacious 120-inch by 36-inch work surface made from 18/400 stainless steel with reinforcement, ensuring durability and easy sanitation. The tabletop is finished with a 1-1/2" rounded edge on the front and rear for user safety, and flat edges on the ends for flush configuration. Stability is provided by (6) stainless steel tubular legs, each equipped with 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet to level the unit on uneven floors. It also includes an adjustable stainless steel undershelf for convenient under-counter storage. The unit comes Knocked-Down (KD) for shipment and is NSF certified, confirming it meets public health and safety standards for food service operations.
