It is made in the USA from globally sourced materials and features a kiln-dried solid hardwood frame for lasting durability. The frame is corner blocked for stability, and resilient 8-way hand-tied steel coil springs create even suspension and comfort. The seat cushion is made of regenerated fiber-wrapped, soy-based foam core with downproof ticking, and the back cushion is made of regenerated fiber with downproof ticking. It is also available in a plain muslin base, so you can readily re-upholster it in any fabric you choose. The solid wood legs are finished with water-based stains to help protect your health and minimize environmental impact. The chair is also available slipcovered. As each piece is made to order, slight variations in dimensions may occur.
