ViewThe Beyond Burnt Console Table is a sophisticated piece of furniture that combines traditional fine woodworking with the Japanese 'shou sugi ban' fire-charring technique. It features a book-matched, end-grain white oak top that has been torch-burned to etch growth rings, wire-brushed for texture, and finished with white wax to accentuate the natural pattern. The table is supported by a base made of scorched alder with a clear oiled finish, resulting in a tactile and visually rich dark brown surface with tapered legs.
