Its rocky surface recalls stones from a mountain valley, while the dark oak gives the work a grounded, almost temple-like presence. Functional yet intentionally limited, A Book Shelf sits between furniture and sculpture, inviting the viewer to slow down and reconsider what a bookshelf can be.
