ViewThis is a straight soiled dishtable from Sapphire Manufacturing, designed for right-to-left operation in commercial kitchens. It features a durable 16/304 stainless steel top with 1-1/2" rolled front and side rims for easy cleaning and containment. The unit includes a 20" x 20" x 5" deep pre-rinse sink complete with a pre-rinse basket and a 3-1/2" drain basket. Stability is provided by stainless steel legs featuring a welded cross brace and adjustable bullet feet. The overall dimensions are 48"W x 30"D x 44-1/2"H, and it comes with a 10-1/2" high backsplash and provisions for a splash mount faucet with 8" centers. This model is shipped Knocked Down (KD) for assembly and is NSF certified.
