ViewI have had these two settees since 1968. The collection was discontinued before 1970 but the correlating chair and sofa have recently been reissued by Knoll. I believe Florence Knoll designed them in the 1930s. The latex filling in the seat and back has hardened. The pieces are complete and ready for restoration and recovering. The original Knoll Nylon Homespun fabric shows no wear, it is just soiled. It may be possible to remove it for cleaning and then reapply. The brush chrome finish on the frames show signs of pitting. The seat dimensions are ideal for comfort.
