This is a side table designed by Isamu Noguchi in 1954, originally conceived as a rocking stool. It features a distinctive base made of chrome-plated steel wires set into a black cast-iron foot, and a top available in white or black laminate, or various wood veneers. It was designed to complement the Bertoia wire collection.
